STUDENT FINANCIAL STANDING

Students are responsible for ensuring that they are in good financial standing at all times. The payment of all tuition and fees is a requirement for program continuation, release of marks, certificates, and diplomas.

Tuition Fees
Tuition rates are established annually. Contact the SIIT Office of Admissions for rates. All fees must be made payable to SIIT and sent to the Finance Department.

All fees are to be paid in full for the entire year of study no later than 30 calendar days after the commencement of the program. Letter of Sponsorship will be counted as acknowledgment of future payments. Alternate arrangements for payment of fees may be made with SIIT Department of Finance only if all financial support for tuition costs has been identified.

A student who has not paid their fees or has not made alternate arrangements will not be admitted to the next semester. Failure to make payment of outstanding fees will also result in academic hold by the withholding of grades, transcripts, and completion documents until all outstanding accounts have been cleared.

Tuition Payment
Tuition payment will be set according to full-time or part-time status.

Funding Sponsors/Agencies must forward confirmation of sponsorship to the SIIT Department of Finance. If a sponsorship letter is not forwarded to SIIT Department of Finance, the student will be invoiced directly. It is the student’s responsibility to forward the invoice to his or her funding agency.

Upon registration, the SIIT Department of Finance will forward an official invoice to the student's sponsor.

If you are responsible for your own tuition and other fees, ensure that you have provided a correct address where your invoice can be sent.

Fees for part-time students will be pro-rated according to course by course.
