Student Eligibility for Graduation and Convocation
Graduation is not automatic upon successful completion of a Certificate or Diploma. It is the responsibility of all students to know and understand the requirements to complete a program of study. Students must consult with the Program Dean/Coordinator to access their academic standing prior to making application for convocation.
Graduation requirements vary according to the specific program chosen. A student must
i. Successfully complete all course requirements.
ii. Have a cummulative 60% average.
iii. Have paid in full all tuition and other fees.
To be able to participate in the convocation ceremony, a student must meet all graduation requirements of their program. Application forms must be completed in full and submitted on or before May 31 to the Office of Student Services and Enrolment. Convocation is held each June.
Awards and Bursaries
Information on awards and bursaries is available at each campus or program site. Students are encouraged to apply for scholarships.
